An anonymous internet poll that a fan of Jurina’s had set up had come back with slightly worrying results - it appeared that she had more female fans than male ones. Perhaps it was because she never really dressed feminine (opting for a loose shirt and jeans most of the time), or because of her build - being tall and flat-chested, as well as not exactly having a ‘cute’ face but more alone the lines of a 'cool’ one probably factored into it more.
Jurina sighed. She used to be annoyed when people teased her for looking so much more like a 'prince’ than an 'idol’, and she thought actually becoming an idol would rid her of those. But she was going to embrace it nevertheless - she never was good at being feminine anyhow.
So for the upcoming general elections, Jurina decided to cut her hair short.
It wasn't extremely short like Tsubasa’s, but it was much shorter than it had been; it didn’t even reach her shoulders now. She was praying that the change would help her reach out more to her female fans, and she compounded it by donning the original Jurina’s 'Uza’ costume, which was both rather flirty but ikemen-like at the same time.
Looking at the camera, Jurina hit record and grinned, a smile that most of her fans recognised for being cheeky and a little mischievous at the same time.
“Heya! Jurina the second here, make sure to vote for me in the upcoming elections, okay~?” She posed confidently, winking. “Y'know what I always say! Always shining, aim for the centre! I want to become radiant and unforgettable! But I can’t do that without your help, so much sure to vote for Jurina-chan, alright?”
