Miyuki raised an eyebrow. “Pretty? First time I’ve heard a girl say that. They usually scream, run away, start crying, or a combination of all three of the above.“ She shrugged, then grinned at Kaori. “You’re just a little awesome, y’know? Maybe I can introduce you to my other…err, ‘friends’. Just don’t tell Tsubasa-san!” Miyuki was pretty sure that Tsubasa would confiscate all her little ‘friends’ if she found out - not that Miyuki didn’t have others prepared, but it was always inconvenient to lose some.

“It sure is! Cats over bunnies any day!” Miyuki said, stamping down on the cookie dough with only the cat cutter, completely disregarding the fact that she had to use other ones. Finishing her lot, she took a step back and admired her small army of kittens, then glanced over at where Kaori was arranging her pieces. She noticed that Kaori had used plenty of other shapes, and she panicked for a second, then shrugged. Oh well, too late now! Miyuki though, gathering her cats and taking them over to Kaori. She started laying them out the same way that Kaori had, so concentrated on her work that she didn’t realised she had started humming again, this time ‘Gingham Check’. No wonder her friends called her the ‘Human AKB Jukebox’,

Miyuki started adding small chocolate buttons as noses on the kittens, then looked up when Kaori asked her something, not quite catching it. “Huh?“ She blinked. “Oh, decorations! Well, err…” She looked down at her work, where she had already reached the point where several of the kittens had etched in whiskers, chocolate buttons noses and eyes, and a couple even had sprinkling of hundreds-and-thousands to add some colour.

“Well, I think they’re very pretty. And I’m different to most girls.” she hummed, interested in the conversation after Miyuki said that she’ll get introduced to Miyuki’s other pretty creatures. “Ahahah - thank you. I hope I’ll get to meet your other ‘friends’ soon and of course, I won’t tell Tsubasa-san, your secret’s safe with me!“ she said while giving a wink.

Smiling at the girl’s words, she giggled. “Mhm. Bunnies are as cute as cats, though!” the turquoise-haired girl said while leaning her elbow on the table. “My bad! I cut out too much bunny-shaped ones…” she thought as she glanced over to how Miyuki’s doing, well, the older girl sure worked hard and had an amazing energy in her, so the cookies turned out perfect. Ah - she didn’t even realize that the other girl hummed “Gingham Check" and she only realized once Miyuki hummed halfway through.

“Okay then, it’s a yes to me.” she grinned, decorating the bunnies with whiskers and chocolate cream outlining. It was simple, but cute. I guess they were ready to hand the cookies to the girls now. She reached her hand to grab a jar, filling it with different shapes of cookies, cute and delicious-looking ones. “How about we taste our cookies before giving them out?“ she grabbed one of the cat-shaped cookies and took a bite.

"This is sooo good~! Give it try, Miyuchan.”

“Perfect! Don’t tell any of the other girls, either!” Miyuki said, giggling. “I want it to be a surprise when they meet them for the first time! I’ll show you after we serve these cookies, I’m sure they’re eager to meet new people too! After all, I think they get lonely sometimes as well…I’m the only one who doesn’t run away from them or despise them. It’s a little sad, really. Imagine if you were an existence that people would scream at, try to kill, or run away from every time you met someone?” Miyuki shook her head sadly. “Even if animals don’t have the same feelings as humans to, they still have those base emotions.”

Miyuki looked over at Kaori’s, and giggled. “Ha! And I thought I cut out too many kitten ones, but your’s is full of bunnies too!” Miyuki helped Kaori to fill up the jar, being very careful not to spill anything the way she usually would, and then reached in and took out a bunny-shaped one. She nibbled at it…And her eyes widened. She unceremoniously shoved the entire cookie into her mouth, nodding enthusiastically while speaking with her mouth full. “It ‘ure i’ 'ood!”
