Miyuchan spots Chieri!
“Of course she’s amazing,” Miyuki mused, thinking about her living room where an entire wall was covered in just Mariko posters, ranging all the way from the original to the current one. She was also one of the reasons that Miyuki had wanted to join 0048 - she felt as though with Tsubasa there, she could fully achieve, and even surpass, her potential.
Miyuki blinked. “Well, if you think about it, all of us are aliens, aren’t we? I mean, we’re all from different planets and everything.“ Her kirara peeked out from behind her skirt again. Miyuki paused for a second, then spun around rapidly, trying to catch anything there. Her kirara disappeared again behind her back, and she ended up lunging for Chieri’s very surprised kirara, barely missing. “No alien! Except for this little guy here!” Miyuki said cheerfully, indicating Chieri’s kirara which had by now retreated to a safe distance.
“It’s nice to have members you can relate to or look up to, even when they aren’t in 00 anymore.” Chieri remembered her own merchandise, specifically of the current Yuuko but also of the previous Takamina and Matsui Rena the 3rd.
Chieri smiled. “I suppose thats true. Though with how easy it is to travel, I suppose it isn’t a big deal.“ She burst out laughing as Miyuki failed to glimpse her kirara. “Maybe I’m just seeing things,” she teased lightly. Her own kirara came floating back to her and she cradled it in the palm of her hand.
“Yup!” Miyuki replied brightly. “Mine is Jurina! I’m going to be the first to succeed her name!” It had always bugged Miyuki to some point that noone had ever succeeded Jurina - it seemed as though the kirara had never found someone compatible with being her successor. But Miyuki was determined to be the first.
“I feel like someone’s been following me for a while now,” Miyuki grumbled, as her kirara appeared again behind her and started making faces at Chieri’s kirara behind Miyuki’s back. “I mean, everyone’s always looking at something behind me.” Just then, her stomach made a weird sound, and Miyuki blinked. “Uhh…sorry. I think that my body needs food.”
