“Yeah, yeah, I was actually going to invite you to come with me!” Miyuki said, grinning sheepishly. “But then my stomach moved, and my body moved accordingly on its own, then my brain stopped working aaaaand, well, here we are!“

Miyuki said all of it while gesturing with one hand, still balancing the food and plate precariously on the other. Surprisingly, she hadn’t dropped it yet, but she looked back to the plate as though remembering it was there, fumbled it and almost dropped the entire serving, barely saving it. “Woops!” Miyuki said, giggling, then put the plate down at the nearest table and waited for Tochi to come over…Then apparently decided her stomach couldn’t wait anymore, and started eating in a very unceremonious manner. She looked up as Tochi walked over, and at that moment a small, red kirara darted out from behind her head and took a glance at the food, then at Tochi, and darted out of sight again as Miyuki looked down.

Tochi’s own kirara momentarily came out of hiding when Miyuki’s did, though Tochi quickly snatched the star-shaped creature before it could be spotted. “This isn’t about you,“ she hissed at it in a low voice, too low for Miyuki to hear.

Turning her attention back to the older girl, Tochi got a small plate of food from Chef Papa, and headed on over to the table, sitting down. “You really eat a lot, don’t you?” she inquired, staring at all of the food.

Miyuki noticed Tochi snatching at something, although she didn’t quite see what - she thought she saw a little flash of green, then shrugged and put it down to her own imagination. On the other hand, her own kirara had now come out and was circling around the top of her head, darting out of sight whenever Miyuki looked up - by the looks of it, Miyuki had no idea about the existence of her own kirara, and it loved to mess with her. It had seemingly inherited her personality well enough, as it constantly landed lightly on her shoulder and then darted out of sight when Miyuki turned around, confused over who had tapped her on the shoulder.

“Ah, yeah, I guess so,” Miyuki said, talking while eating at rapid speed. “I lived by myself for 7 years, and all my friends were guys, so I thought that this was about the average amount of food people ate…Ah, wait.” She got up with her now empty plate, stacked it to full again at the counter, and came back, eating without pause as though nothing had happened. “Even though I ate about 3 times as much as them. I mean, something has to go into maintaining these magnificent babies, don’t you think?” She asked jokingly, pointing at her flat chest.
