Five strangers entered Oohashi..
“Is there something you guys need? Make it quick.”
“Ah, yeah!” Miyuki glanced at the tiny girl. “Where exactly am I?“ Standing at 175cm, roughly 5 foot 7 inches, Miyuki was very aware of the height difference between the two of them. Nevertheless, she tried to speak to the girl like an equal - having grown up her entire life being taller than most of the other girls (and boys) in her class, she was used to it.
Taiga grumbled to herself a bit as she noticed the height of the girl, she had to be at least a foot larger than her. Her arms automatically crossed themselves across her chest, and she held her head up a bit higher, adding half an inch to her height.
"You are in Oohashi Japan.” She answered, boredly. Refusing to make eye contact with the tall girl, knowing if she tried it would only bring embarrassment that she had to look up to properly greet the girl.
Miyuki blinked as the girl raised her head higher, trying to add to her own height. It was kind of funny to Miyuki, but she knew well enough not to laugh at her - she had always been around people who were very conscious of the height difference between them, and she knew laughing only made it worse.
“J-Japan?” Miyuki exclaimed, surprised. ‘What the- But Japan was destroyed years ago, along with Earth!’ Miyuki thought, shocked. 'Is this planet a parallel of Earth, where they survived the war that destroyed it? Or has it not happened yet in their universe?' Noone knew how the kirara drive worked - it just took 0048 to wherever it desired. Unexplored planets, parallel universes, even the occasional black hole. “U-uh…This might sound weird, but what year is it?” she asked, not exactly sure how to do it. Should she bend down or squat to make eye contact with the girl? She felt like that would only anger her and humiliate her even more, so she just stayed as she was, awkwardly moving her feet from side to side.
