Miyukin spots Tochi!
Whoah there, that was wayy too many questions to follow all at once. Tochi could be pretty talkative about things she liked (such as Sound Horizon), but this was much, much more than that.
“Um! I’m from Destinystar, and I auditioned because I liked the cute outfits!” she began (conveniently skipping over the question of succession). “My favorite member is Acchan the 12th… but I like the current Tomochin and Yukirin, too? Erm- and I think Chieri is pretty, and the new Acchan is cute!“
Moving on…
"I guess mushrooms are alright, but I don’t really eat them… and oh! I like cats, too!”
Miyuki almost seemed to bounce up and down, excitable as she was, and she was happy that someone was talking to her. “Awesome! I want to go to Destinystar sometime! I mean, isn’t it like perpetually summer over there? Though I guess that’s not really a problem here. I mean here, on Akibastar, with our weather control system. I was born and raised on Akibastar, so I’ve always wanted to be an idol!” Miyuki had started running her mouth, and there was no stopping the motor now that it had started.
“The cute outfits certainly are great, aren’t they? I love cute things! Like cats! You like cats too! We can get along! Oh, but I like cute girls too. Like, not in that way, but y'know, I got no interest in guys. Not cute enough for my taste. Mushrooms are ewwwwww,” Miyuki continued on, having gotten to the point where the only way to stop the flow of words coming from her mouth was to staple it shut. It was rather entertaining to watch, from an outsider’s point of view - an older, taller girl acting like a little kid around a bemused looking younger, shorter one. “Acchan the 12th was great! And 13th! And 14th, of course! And 11th, and 10th, and…Ah, you get my point. But my current favourite would have to be Yuko! She’s so high energy, I don’t get how she does it!” The words were rather ironic coming from the mouth of possibly the highest energy person that anyone was likely to meet, but Miyuki didn’t notice it herself. Her energy was just a natural part of her. “The reason I auditioned was to become the Centre Nova! But not just any regular ol’ Centre Nova…I’ll become the one who shines the brightest! My goal is to shine brighter than any other before me…But not because I want personal fame or glory. I want to be able to shine to the furthest corners of the galaxy, to illuminate every face so noone has to hide and smile by themselves. When someone is happy watching my performance, I don’t want them to be happy in the shadows. When I shine, everyone will shine with me!”
Miyuki paused for a micro-second to observe Tochi’s face, and grinned. “Hey hey, I might seem like an airhead at times, but I’m not that stupid to notice you skipped the important question. Who do you want to succeed?”
