As the other 78th kenkyuusei settled in and chatted with each other, Kaori decided to head over to the kitchen. She gestured Chef Papa and asked him if it would be okay to borrow the kitchen for awhile. He responded her with a nod and thumbs up, as he headed over outside for a break, the turquoise haired girl waved and walked over to the kitchen.

I think I’ll welcome the girls with cookies? I hope I know what I’m doing. And I hope nobody catches me ‘cause I want this to be a surprise.“ she thought while grabbing flour, eggs, sugar, etc. Of course, she didn’t want her dress to get dirty, so she grabbed an apron that was in one of the drawers. While she was whisking, she heard a person coming in the kitchen. Without looking, she assumed it was Chef Papa.

"Not yet, Chef Papa. Can you wait a bit longer?” she said, looking up, it was actually Miyuki. She flustered in embarrassment, thinking that her plan to surprise the other girls with cookies failed, “Ahh - Miyuchan…" she said while scratching her head, “D-do you think you can keep a secret to the other 78th generation girls? I’m making cookies for them and it’s suppose to be a surprise. Please?“ she begged to the girl.

Miyuki waltzed through the dorms, as high energy as ever. She was once again humming while dancing, while being completely unaware of it. Today, it was ‘Aitakatta’, which would’ve looked weird to any bypassers as the dance had a lot of waving and running off in seemingly random directions. Suddenly, she felt her stomach grumble. "Woops! Time to get some food!” Miyuki said to no one in particular, and went dancing into the dining area, which she found surprisingly empty. If the rumors were true, Mayuyu was here a lot considering the amount that she could eat. She heard some sounds coming from the kitchen, and shrugged. I’ll just ask the Chef directly for some food! she thought cheerfully. Poking her head around the door, to her surprise that it wasn’t the Chef, but Kaori who was there. Miyuki shrugged and got ready to leave, but then turned back around when Kaori called her name.

“Oh hi, Himeka!” Miyuki replied. “Sure, I’ll keep it a secret! Ah. Well, I’ll try to,” she added, knowing her own penchant for running her mouth without meaning to. She could keep a secret, but it took notable effort and a lot of distractions. “Hmm…do you want help? I’m no good with making anything but lemonade and instant noodles, but I’m sure I could help in some way if you tell me what to do!”
