Miyuki bobbed up and down excitedly. She was the type of girl who had to continuously be moving in order to expend her huge supply of energy, although she had been told before that too much energy could be a bad thing.

“A-ah, not going to be!” Miyuki said, laughing nervously. “Just hoping to be, more like. I mean, I auditioned and everything, but I already seem to be older than most of the 76th and 77th generation kenkyuusei, so I’m worried that I may be too old to debut. But no negative thoughts! Think in the present, positive thoughts to the future!“ She began to do a little dance on the spot, humming the tune of ‘Oogoe Diamond’ while doing so.

"Yes, yes! I’ve been a fan of 0048 since forever! It was really heartbreaking that Youko…Ah, I mean Sae now, was the only successor from the 76th generation. You were all so talented and cute! I always used to watch you guys on TV and the big screens, and I loved how you performed! To meet with one of my potential senpais is…” She finished her little dance with a flourish, seemingly unaware that she had been dancing at all. “…awesome!”

‘This girl sure has a lot of energy,’ she thought. Megu watched as Miyuki chatted quickly and suddenly started a small dance too. “I’m pretty sure you’ll be chosen with all that energy you have,“ she encouraged.

Megu smiled when Miyuki mentioned that she was a fan of Youko and her. “Thank you for being a fan for so long, Miyuki-san! Its nice that you think of me as one of your senpais. Also, I’m wondering why you’re selling lemonade on Akibastar.”

“What do you mea-” Miyuki began to ask, then realised she was posing as though she had just finished dancing to Oogoe Diamond. “Ah, sorry! I do that all the time! My mind starts to wander in multiple directions, and if it stumbles across the part in my brain that contains 0048, which is most of it, I subconsciously start to dance to whatever song pops into my mind first. I’m hoping that won’t be a problem on stage, if I do get chosen. After all, I don’t want to be dancing to the wrong song,” she said, poking her tongue out playfully.

“Of course you’re one of my senpais! Ah, but I’m older than you, aren’t I? So isn’t it weird that someone older is calling you senpai? Oh, screw it, I’m just doing it because you’re a part of a previous generation. I really hope you get to succeed someone soon, as well as the others of the 76th generation! Although you’re not the miracle generation like the 77th-” She stopped suddenly as she realised what she was saying. “No, no, sorry! I didn’t mean it that way, it’s just that the 77th were so amazing, producing an Acchan and a Centre Nova, so it just seems like they’ve surpassed yo- No, I don’t mean that! You’re all amazing! I mean that- um, uh, uhh…I’ll shut up now,” Miyuki said, blushing slightly.

“Ah, the lemonade? I’ve been selling it for six years now! It’s just to support myself as I live alone. The locals are kind enough to buy from me every day, so I have enough money for food and to pay the rent on my house, and sometimes even to buy a new dress or something, but that’s pretty rare.”
