Kaori decided to take a stroll around Akibastar for the second time this day. She just can’t get over Akibastar and how amazing it is, unlike Ichibastar, “Tch!” she spat and walked onwards to nowhere actually, she just wanted to take a stroll, that’s all. She stumbled upon a nice quite road, probably a neighborhood. All she could do was pass the street and explore elsewhere, hopefully, she won’t get lost.
Kaori stopped once she noticed a person was tapping her shoulder, she turned around to see who it was. It was a girl! A girl with surprisingly cute hair, “Ah - h-hello…a lemonade stand? That sounds good.” she paused, wait a minute? How did the girl know that she was a 78th gen hopeful? And more importantly, how the hell did the girl know about her coming from Ichibastar?
“Y-yes, I’m here for the auditions, I suppose you are too?” Kaori questioned the girl standing in front of her, “Damn! These hopefuls I’ve been meeting a lot recently. And of course, this girl looked like she’s full of potential, like every other hopeful that I’ve met.”
“By the way, my name is Hisakawa Kaori. How about you?”
Miyuki noticed the confusion and surprise on the other girl’s face. “Ah, sorry, sorry! That must have surprised you!” She danced up from behind the girl to in front of her, and did a little stroll that looked like any normal walk. “You see, this is how people on Akibastar and other entertainment-free planets walk! Just the walk on Akibastar is a little more pronounced in the…uhh…” She did the walk again. “The…” She struggled to find the word for it. “The…happiness in the walk? I guess that’s the effect of having 0048 here all the time. On the other hand, you have this kind of walk.” She demonstrated, seemingly exactly the same as previously. “Your’s has a little bit of sadness in it, like most people from entertainment-ban planets. It’s more pronounced in the top planets like Saggitariusstar and Ichibastar, and I guessed you were from one of those.” She paused and looked back apologetically. “Ah, sorry! I talk a lot all the time. I just notice little things like this because I’ve been observing different people all my life, people from different planets and stuff who come and watch 0048 perform on their home planet. And because subtle little movements and feelings are vital to dance, of course!”
“Yup, yup! I own the lemonade stand over there!” she indicated it proudly. “I’ve owned it for 6 years now, Gets me enough money to live on my own, though of course only the bare essentials. It’s all thanks to the warm-hearted people who live around here. They buy from me every day, even if my lemonade isn’t that good. Ah, I’ve been talking too much again! I’m Takahashi Miyuki! But you can just call me Miyukin, or Takamiyu. Everyone around here does. And yup, I’m here to audition for the 78th generation too! Well, I wouldn’t say I’m here to. I mean, I’ve been living here my whole li-”
She stopped suddenly. “Ah. I’ve been talking about myself too much, haven’t I? Sorry, I get a little overexcited meeting new people. Tell me about you!”
